Many congratulations to the delegates of the current MorePerformance Leadership Development Programme (MLDP) who are coming to an end of their 12 module course. With just 1 module left, the feedback received from delegates and their sponsoring managers has been excellent the whole way through. We are delighted that, 9 years on from its launch, the MLDP continues to be a roaring success!
Designed in partnership with our clients, the MLDP equips aspiring managers with the core leadership skills they need to build a successful career in the fresh food, horticulture and agri sectors. Recent approval by the Chartered Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) means clients now have further independent assurance of the quality of training we offer, and with commitment from their delegates, can expect to see a difference from day one.
