National Account Manager | Hertfordshire
We are working with an exciting fruit and veg wholesaler that supplies the UK food service and catering industry. They are looking for a bright up and coming National Account Manager to add to their already well-established team. This role brings with it a wealth of opportunity for progression and building a career within the business and they are looking for the right, driven individuals to take it on.
The role itself is an exciting newly created position which will see you supporting the Senior Account Managers to focus on retention, growth of sales and new product development of an existing account base. In addition to this you will also be responsible for your own portfolio of smaller independent and group customers, this will help you gain the skills necessary to progress further into a Senior Account Manager role. You would be based in the office around 2-3 days per week with the rest of the time out visiting customers establishing relationships, negotiating and driving new products.
The company are looking for talented up and coming professionals with experience with either direct suppliers or a catering or chef background but above all must be passionate about food and the food service industry! A great personality, charisma and results driven mind set will help you to excel in such a role and open the door way to future possibilities of progression.
