This year's award was presented to Matthew Barton of Barton & Redman who impressed the judges with his attitude and ability. Despite suffering a serious head injury at school Matthew's positive approach to life and enthusiasm for the produce industry has seen him gain a high degree of responsibility at the relatively early age of 24.
