Where no suitable candidates can be found via the use of our database or where there is the need to look at a role from a wider perspective e.g. search for candidates based on criteria such as customers, rather than products or core skills rather than specific industry knowledge, then advertised selection is an effective way of unearthing quality candidates.
At MorePeople we have extensive experience of working on structured advertised selection recruitment campaigns.
Such campaigns involve:
- the taking of a detailed campaign brief
- identification of the target audience
- recommendation of the appropriate media
- design of a suitable advertisement
- handling of the response
- interviewing those candidates deemed most suitable on paper
- shortlisting of the candidates for the client
- interview and psychometric testing of the shortlist
- final selection

The only costs incurred by our clients on commissioning an advertised selection campaign with us are those associated with the design and placement of the advert. In addition to this the excellent relations we have with the trade media means that we can negotiate discounted rates based on the volume of adverts we place. As with our database service our fee only becomes payable on appointment of the candidate.
