Leadership Development Programme

Whilst one off bespoke courses are good at satisfying specific requirements and offer a quick and effective way of plugging ‘knowledge gaps’ in businesses, our experience in the industry has taught us that there was no real substitute for a carefully designed programme that took all these elements and combined them into an overall package that could equip aspiring managers with the tools they would need to be the future leaders of their organisations.

From this idea we developed the MorePerformance Leadership Development Programme. Designed as an interactive learning and development experience, the course runs 1 day per month for 12 months the LDP offers a cost effective way for companies to ensure that the future leaders that they have identified within their businesses are equipped with a comprehensive ‘tool kit’ of hard and soft skills that will enable them to make the transition from functional specialist to effective manager and leader.

Unique within the sectors we service the LDP is run both as an open or in-house programme for up to 15 delegates and features two dedicated trainers which ensures a high level of delegate / trainer interaction. Each module also features a lunchtime seminar conducted by an experienced senior professional from within the produce and horticultural sectors.
