Traditionally the sectors we operate in have been ‘no-frills’ areas but times are changing and through talking to our clients about the challenges that they and their industries face, getting to truly understand their needs and those of our candidates has enabled us to develop a range of Learning and Development programmes that are designed specifically to help them meet and overcome the challenges they will face within the Fresh Produce and Horticultural sectors in the 21st Century. Marketed under the name MorePerformance the courses run from one day single topic workshops to 12 month long leadership programmes aimed at aspiring and senior managers.
