Join a dynamic team at a Lincolnshire Food Factory as we seek a talented Operations Manager to spearhead our site operations. As a pivotal member of our senior management team, you'll be instrumental in propelling continuous improvement initiatives across safety, quality, service levels, and performance.

Boasting a workforce of over 400 individuals dedicated to supplying retailers, wholesalers, and our own prepared business with premium fresh products. With a rich history of accomplishments, we're poised for further growth and investment, and we're seeking a driven individual to help us realise our ambitious plans.

Reporting directly to the Site General Manager, you'll collaborate closely on capital and operational enhancement projects while nurturing people development plans and fostering an enriching organisational culture.

About you

• While experience in fresh produce is advantageous it is not essential however, food manufacturing experience is essential.
• Proven track record in a management capacity, demonstrating the ability to drive improvements, generate savings, and foster growth.
• A people-oriented management approach that prioritises employee development and engagement.
• Strong planning skills coupled with the capacity to make well-informed, timely decisions supported by data.
• Proficiency in lean manufacturing tools and techniques, with the ability to effectively apply them in operational settings.
