Key Responsibilities

As a Plant Area Supervisor, you will be assisting in the running of the Seasonal Plant Area while your department manager is away. You will also be assisting customers on a daily basis so plant knowledge is a must, while retail experience is definitely preferred, it's not a make or break.

You will need to be comfortable working with EPOS systems and also putting out POS material in the relevant area.

The candidate we are looking for is someone who has worked with plants before and has gained some knowledge of plants. Ideally someone from a Garden Retail setting, but that isn't a must either. We are very open at looking for good supervisors in retail with a passion for horticulture.
