Welcome Danielle! MorePeople adds a new recruit to the team

MorePeople is delighted to welcome Danielle Bolland to their office in Stamford, where she will bring with her a wealth of recruitment knowledge as she works to place candidates in roles that specialise in finance.

Danielle has previously worked for the global recruitment giant Hays, where she managed finance recruitment for areas in South Lincolnshire and North Cambridgeshire.

During her time at Hays, Danielle recruited for both interim and permanent positions. Examples of the roles she recruited for include: management accountants, finance managers, assistant accountants, accounts assistants, payrollers and credit controllers.

Prior to this, Danielle spent time working as a primary school teacher and currently holds a QTS (Qualified Teacher Status). When it comes to education, Danielle has a BA Degree from the University of York, as well as a PGCE from the University of Nottingham.

She said: “I’m really enjoying my first few weeks and working with the team here – it’s great that I’m able to develop my knowledge of the food industry, and there’s a brilliant atmosphere here in the MorePeople office.”

Danielle says that she wanted to work for MorePeople so that she can specialise in the food and fresh produce industries nationally, and hone in not only in finance but within the food sector.

In her spare time, Danielle enjoys skiing and visits St Anton in Austria during most ski seasons. She also likes cooking and learning new dishes – especially Italian food and risottos! Earlier this year, Danielle completed her first super sprint triathlon.

Andrew Fitzmaurice, recruitment director at MorePeople, commented: “We are really excited about Danielle’s future at MorePeople! Financial recruitment within our clients in the food sector has huge potential. With her background in finance recruitment and a track record as a ‘Top Performer’ with Hays, Danielle has settled into life at MorePeople very easily.

“Her process, drive, rapport building and attentiveness are all great. We have always worked in finance to some extent over the past 17 years with some niche senior roles, but Danielle will give us a lot more scope to make a bigger mark in this space.”
