The Challenge
Engage Crop Solutions Ltd focuses on developing crop enhancement and nutritional solutions across the agriculture, horticulture, turf, and ornamental industries. Operating as an agricultural brand management business, they distribute key inputs, including fertilisers and soil amendment products, across Europe, North America, Africa, and the Middle East.
When we connected, they were looking to appoint a commercially astute and technically proficient agronomist to support a key global field trial and data collection programme, centred around a transformational water-efficiency technology.
The Approach
