Valentina first moved to Stamford at the age of seven. After A-Levels, she studied Business Management with Modern Languages and Cultures (German/Spanish) at the University of Sheffield. After graduating in 2025, she moved to Wilmslow kickstarting her recruitment career in the renewables industry within the DACH region and Eastern Europe. Having established her passion for recruitment, she has now joined the team at MorePeople!
