We are delighted to be sponsoring the City Food Lecture for the second year in a row. This annual, invitation-only fixture in the City of London and international food industry calendars, is being delivered by Dutch scientist, academic and broadcaster, Professor Louise Fresco.

One of the foremost global thought leaders in the industry, the title of Professor Fresco's lecture is 'Fish not Flesh or Both? Foods for the Future'. She will be answering questions such as what should we eat in times of climate change, obesity and animal welfare? Should our diets be local or global, vegetarian or flexitarian? Can cities restore their link to the countryside where that food comes from? What will future science bring us in terms of new proteins, intensive and vertical agriculture and personalised nutrition?
