Graduate Surveyor

Salary: £27,500 per annum + bonus.

The Role

We're looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Graduate Surveyor to join a successful property consultancy team and work across a diverse range of property and land matters.

Key responsibilities include:

• Undertaking property valuations.

• Supporting diversification projects from strategy through to implementation.

• Advising landowners on compulsory purchase and utility schemes.

• Working on agency instructions.

• Advising clients on landlord and tenant matters.

• Supporting the negotiation of development schemes.

• Building knowledge and experience across a varied property portfolio.

About You

You'll be a motivated graduate with a genuine interest in property and a strong willingness to learn and develop your career within surveying.

You'll have:

• RICS accredited degree in a relevant subject at 2:2 or higher.

• A full, clean UK driving licence and exclusive access to a car.

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

• Good IT skills, including experience using Microsoft Office.

• A professional telephone manner.

• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• A proactive attitude and the drive to learn and succeed.

Training & Development

You'll receive support towards your APC assessment and CAAV examinations, with regular guidance from your supervisor and counsellor.

You'll also have the opportunity to attend training events designed to develop your technical, business and personal skills, with continued career development opportunities following RICS qualification.
