About Our Client

A London based multi branch bakery that is known for its cupcakes and other freshly baked sweet treats and desserts. They boast a vibrant and energetic brand and are looking to expand their operation by opening new branches soon. Due to the growth of the business they have vacancies across multiple sites.

About the Job

You will support the Branch Manager by providing exceptional leadership to your team creating a kind, focused, and motivating team culture. You will also be able to work with figures to evaluate branch performance and identify areas for improvement. You will be responsible for motivating the team and ensuring the maintenance of high standards within a safe environment.

The Ideal Candidate

You are people-focused manager and ideally have a passion for working within the food industry. You will also bring a positive and enthusiastic outlook to the business. Exceptional communication skills are required and experience of managing a team (ideally from a retail background). You will have completed basic health and safety and food hygiene certificates (a level 2 is ideal).
