About the Company:-
We are working with an established Fresh Produce who have been very innovative in looking at ways to improve their overall return and reduce wastage in the process. They have invested in heavily in processes to create ingredients based on their Produce and are now looking for an Account Manager to help them grow sales in the Food Manufacturing arena.
About the Role:-
The company have pushed forward with sales in manufacturing for the last 2 years, but this has initially been aimed at products not intended for human consumption. After proving the concept, they are now approved for Human consumption and as such have a huge market opportunity in a large array of products. You will be tasked with identifying these opportunities and capitalising on them.
The Ideal Candidate:-
You will have experience of selling ingredients into Food Manufacturing. The type of ingredient can be quite broad as it is the understanding of the industry and how they work that is really important. The role is mainly office based but with a need to regularly visit customers as well. You will need to be able to work well autonomously, but with the full support of the Sales Director as and when needed.
