About Our Client

A London based multi branch bakery that is known for its cupcakes and other freshly baked sweet treats and desserts. They boast a vibrant and energetic brand and are looking to expand their operation by opening new branches soon.

About the Job

You will have overall responsibility for the site and its operation. You will provide exceptional leadership to your team creating a kind, focused, and motivating team culture. A head for figures is needed to evaluate branch performance and identify areas for improvement. You will be responsible for the maintenance of high standards within a safe environment.

The Ideal Candidate

You are a people-focused manager and ideally a passion for working within the food industry. You will also bring a positive and enthusiastic outlook to the business. Exceptional communication skills are required and experience of managing a team (ideally from a retail background). You will have completed basic health and safety and food hygiene certificates (a level 2 is ideal).
