About our client

Our client is an incredibly well-established and well-thought-of horticultural business with a variety of different business activities. Over the past 2 years, they have continued to expand, and they are now on the lookout for a Grower to join the team.

About the job

To manage, develop and grow sales through the Cash and Carry unit and build sales into the local Landscaping marketplace. You will be working with the management team to ensure that the unit is stocked correctly and that they meet the needs of our clients. You will be ensuring the team below you are performing to our high standards and offering the best customer service.

Ideal candidate

The ideal candidate is someone who has a past within management as well as a good understanding of the horticulture sector while being on top of recent trends. You will be extremely people focussed and be able to offer our clients a second to none service.
