Hours Monday to Friday - 03:00 to 10.00

Alternate Saturdays - 03.00 to 09.00

About the Role

Based in dedicated cash office, receive cash, cheque and credit card payments from customers, and check, record and allocate payments. Balance cash daily and prepare for G4S collection dealing with any relevant paperwork. Organise copy tickets for both cash and account customers. Assemble relevant paperwork on outstanding cash purchases. Query with the Branch Manager and salesmen any concerns, exceptions or unusual transactions.

Requirements of Candidate

• Strong Excel skills required
• Proficient in Microsoft packages
• Confident communication skills
• Ability to interact other staff members
