Commercial Coordinator

Job description

We are recruiting on behalf of a global supplier of high-quality food ingredients, sustainably sourcing and distributing products to customers across the UK and international markets. With a strong focus on reliability and long-term partnerships throughout the supply chain.

The Role:

This role sits within the Commercial team, supporting different departments to ensure the smooth running of commercial operations. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is looking to begin a career in the food industry or someone who has a couple of years in a similar role.

What Are They Looking For?

  • Excellent administration skills and a keen eye for detail
  • Experience in customer service, logistics or supply chain administration is preferred
  • A willingness to work fully on-site in Turnford
  • Proficiency in data entry, reporting systems and Microsoft Excel
  • A positive professional attitude

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the team to execute commercial plans to drive growth
  • Work alongside internal teams within Supply Chain, Logistics, Technical and Commercial
  • Conduct sales support and help streamline processes
  • Communicate daily with clients to meet their needs and those of the business
  • Analyse data for trend reports
