There is a small commercial team to lead, whilst also getting stuck into the day-to-day detail of the business and the customers. You'll get into the wider detail of the business to understand operational, supply chain and logistical hurdles. This will enable you to have a greater amount of credibility and knowledge with the customers.

The role is available due to pending retirement, and the existing team is very stable as it's a great place to work.
