Get hands-on with major UK retail accounts and procurement in a fast‑moving fresh produce business.

We're partnering with a leading supplier of fresh fruit who are looking for a Commercial Manager to play a key role in managing high-profile retail customers and supporting end-to-end procurement activity.

This is a genuine opportunity to step up with real ownership, visibility, and progression.

What you'll be involved in:

  • Managing and developing major retail accounts
  • Supporting commercial negotiations on pricing, volume and contracts
  • Working closely with growers and suppliers on procurement and supply planning
  • Analysing sales, margin and market data to drive better commercial decisions
  • Collaborating with supply chain and marketing to deliver promotions and improve performance
  • Helping shape commercial strategy while staying close to the detail

What we're looking for:

  • Experience in a commercial, account management, buying or procurement role within fresh produce
  • Exposure to retail customers (or readiness to step into that space)
  • Strong attention to detail with commercially sharp thinking
  • Confident communicator who enjoys building relationships internally and externally
  • Ambition to grow into a more senior commercial leadership role
