About the business
Our client is a large-scale, diverse fresh produce operation producing a wide range of crops, including leafy salads, and specialist vegetables, across both outdoor fields and controlled indoor environments
The business supplies some of the most recognisable names in retail and foodservice and is now looking to strengthen its leadership team as it continues to grow.
The Role
As Farm Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day and long-term performance of the farming operation. This is a role that combines technical expertise with people leadership, requiring someone who is equally comfortable out in the field as they are planning strategically.
People are at the heart of this business, and the leadership approach reflects that.
We're looking for someone who can:

You'll be managing a well-established team, with experienced supervisors and technical support already in place, as well as a larger seasonal workforce during peak periods.

You'll bring:
- Proven experience leading teams and managing complex farming operations
- Confidence to make decisions, take ownership, and lead from the front
- Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to work across all levels of a business
You'll also ideally need to hold your FACTS and BASIS certifications, or equivalent.
