Our Client
Our client is a diverse farm, boasting various revenue streams. Growing a variety of fruits from apples to raspberries, and everything in between. Producing class 1 fruit which is handpicked for various supermarkets. Our client is a large farm, employing approximately 250 seasonal workers.

About the Role
As a Field Supervisor, responsibilities will include managing a team of seasonal workers on a daily basis, ensuring the allocated tasks are completed to a high standard. these tasks include and are not limited to, fruit picking and all related husbandry tasks, such as weeding. Field Supervisors are responsible for field operations, field organisation, health and safety at work and employee time and attendance. In addition delivering training to seasonal workers alongside the management team.

The Candidate
Our client is looking for a candidate who has proven people management experience, has strong interpersonal and organisational abilities. The candidate also needs to have a professional attitude and approach to work, with a keen eye for detail. We are open to looking at people from a variety of backgrounds, whether it be on farm, packhouse or warehouse but an understand of fresh produce is desired. This is a permanent role with hours varying during busy peak periods. Therefore the candidate needs to be happy to work longer hours when required.
