You will begin by leading from the front on-site, ensuring high standards are met and supporting your team day to day. As you develop, you will gradually take on more responsibility across planning, client interaction, and overall operations, becoming a key part of how the business runs.
This is a long-term opportunity offering real progression within a supportive and ambitious environment.

- 5-hour working week
- Company van (yard-based use)
- Ongoing training and development
- Clear pathway into a more senior operational role
- Opportunity to take on increased responsibility as you progress
- Stable, long-term opportunity within a growing business
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support garden maintenance teams on-site
- Deliver work to a consistently high standard
- Carry out a wide range of practical maintenance tasks
- Use tools and equipment safely and effectively
- Support and mentor team members
- Assist with planning and organising daily workloads
- Begin to support site visits, client communication, and quoting
- Contribute to improving processes, efficiency, and team performance
What We're Looking For
- Experience in a practical, outdoor or trade-based role
- Confident using tools and equipment
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Natural leadership ability or supervisory experience
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Motivated to grow into a more senior role over time
- Horticulture experience is beneficial but not essential
If you're looking for a role where you can stay hands-on while developing your career into a more senior position, I'd be happy to discuss this opportunity further.
