We are excited to be working with a leading Garden Centre chain as they look for a Gardening Team Leader to join their team.

About Our Client

Our client is a leading garden centre with a reputation for excellence and a foundation in horticulture. They are focused on the service and products that they offer to ensure the best possible customer experience, with exceptional knowledge in all things plants and garden.

About the Role
As Gardening Team Leader, you will be supporting the garden centre on stock management, customer service and driving sales. You will be managing the gardening sector (garden tools, sundries etc) and ensure this area has excellent displays and is of the highest standards. You will be passionate about gardening and be able to offer advice to customers.

The Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will have retail knowledge and an interest in gardening. You will be dealing with the public and running a small team. You will enjoy training, developing, and motivating the people around you.
