A hugely innovative and ambitious grower of fresh produce to many of the UK's best loved retailers. Plenty may have changed in the business since their humble beginnings as a family business, notwithstanding the huge recent growth but their values and ideals have not.

About the Job

You will manage and drive a dedicated team to deliver the highest level of production to fulfil the daily plan - both growing and packhouse areas of the business Needless to say, you will be responsible for KPI's and OEE of the operational process whilst delivering on 5s, Hygiene and H&S standards.

The Ideal Candidate

It is essential that you are a manager with a proven track record of Produciton / Operations within a fast paced, short shelf-life food environment, knowledge of lean methods and come with a flexible, positive and proactive approach.
It is also highly desirable that you come with some sort of exposure and or experience of a farming / growing business.
