An exciting opportunity for an ambitious Graduate Rural Surveyor required to join expanding multi-disciplinary rural Property Advisory team in Scotland. The position is available for someone to become part of a team of experienced land agents, farming, forestry consultants as well as rural business advisors. The business has a proven track record in supporting landowners to make the most of their rural assets.

The Job:

Working with an ambitious and expanding team of rural property professionals.

Providing management, consultancy, valuation and professional services advice to a wide range of private and institutional clients throughout the north east of Scotland.

Scope for a graduate or rural professional to develop wide ranging skill and expertise in the rural property sector with full supportive structure to achieve MRICS and CAAV qualifications.

The Candidate:

RICS accredited degree with relevant knowledge in rural property management.

Assisting the Land and Farm Management team with a wide range of rural property management and consultancy.

Works will include residential management and lettings, in-hand and let agricultural holdings, sporting and fishing interests, rural commercial properties, valuation and professional work.

Strong communication skills, an affinity and strong motivation to develop technical expertise in the local rural property sector.

Passion for delivering an exceptional level of service to clients and colleagues at all times.

Excellent IT skills including use of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Internet.
