About Our Client
Our client specialises in growing over 1 million plants per year, supplying to Garden Centres across the UK and Channel Islands. They pride themselves on trialling new products and due to continued growth, they are looking for a Grower to join the team.

About The Role
Reporting to the Nursery Manager, you will support the forward planning and management of the nursery. You will work in trials and new product development from concept through to launch and help in the purchasing of stock. Crop walking will fall into your remit, and you will be responsible for pest and disease management, irrigation, and crop husbandry.

The Ideal Candidate
Ideally, you will have previous experience dealing with plants on a similar scale. You will have worked with Hardy Nursery stock and perennials in the past, and a passion for horticulture is essential. You will be looking to take a step up and be excited about managing a small team.
