This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established commercial nursery with 15 acres of glasshouse production. They're looking for a technically strong grower who can help drive crop quality and support the future development of the nursery.

What's the Job?
You'll be part of a small but experienced growing team, helping deliver high-quality crops across a large-scale glasshouse operation.

Day to day, you'll be:

• Monitoring crop health and quality
• Managing pest and disease programmes
• Working with biological controls and modern growing techniques
• Supporting peat-free production systems
• Assisting with irrigation and environmental management
• Helping optimise crop performance and plant quality
• Working closely with production and wider nursery teams
• This is a hands-on growing role where you'll be encouraged to contribute ideas and continuously improve the crop.

What do I need?

• A background in commercial horticulture production
• Strong technical growing knowledge
• Experience with pest & disease management and biological controls
• Understanding of modern commercial production systems
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach
• PA1 and PA6
