About Our Client

A London based multi branch bakery that is known for its cupcakes and other freshly baked sweet treats and desserts. They boast a vibrant and energetic brand and are looking to expand their operation by opening new branches soon. Due to the growth of the business they have vacancies across multiple sites.

About the Job

You will ensure smooth running of the kitchen by supporting the kitchen manager and team to ensure the design, quality and production of the product range is to the highest possible standard. You will play an active role in the training of other staff and monitor the standard of work performance of the kitchen team members. You are also responsible for the efficient, timely and cost-effective ordering of ingredients. You will ensure that a safety culture within the kitchen is promoted.

The Ideal Candidate

You have a positive outlook, are ready to take on anything, with a creative personality that is reflected in your work. You have a natural ability to lead teams to produce the best quality products. You have advanced baking skills with a minimum of 12 months supervisory experience within an artisan luxury food environment. You have good communication skills and working knowledge of health and safety regulations.
