Head of HR | Food | Lancashire
Depending on experience

We are working with a leading grower and packer of fresh produce based in the heart of Lancashire, who are looking to recruit an experienced Head of HR who will be a key decision maker and report into the board. This role will play a strategic part in the planning for the future. You will manage the HR team, you will be responsible for ensuring the business is HR compliance and you will drive strategic strategies for recruitment. You will lead and support the business from a HR perspective and you will champion a talent development programme.

For this role you will either be a current Head of HR or be in a senior HR position. As Head of HR you will be at ease working in a fast paced, hard-working and ever changing environment where you can deliver at times under pressure, as well as being a great communicator at all levels. You would have managed a small team and have a CIPD Level 7 OR equivalent. You will be required to be very hands on, have the ability to develop strong relationships and challenge and inspire the other board members, this role is a pivotal part within the business.
