About Our Client

Our clients primary focus is on fresh produce and they are the largest grower of their particular type of crops in the UK. They are now looking to extend their finance team to continue to grow.

About the Job

The role of Head of Operational Finance is to deliver services to the businesses of accounts receivable, accounts payable, banking, credit control and cash management. This will be accomplished through a team of four Finance Officers, by working closely with colleagues from the operations teams and by developing and promoting the use of the NetSuite ERP system in conjunction with the NetSuite analyst.

The Ideal Candidate

The role requires someone with well-developed team leadership skills, excellent communication skills (both verbally and electronically) and a customer-service approach to delivering to the business. Attention to detail and accuracy is essential as is the ability to prioritise work that is urgent versus work that is important. Experience within Accounts payable, receivable and banking finance, Team leadership and strong excel skills will be essential.
