We are working on a very exciting opportunity with a successful grower in the North West.

About the Client
Our client is one of the UK's largest horticulture growers and is now looking for a Head of Operations to join their team. They Supply multiple retailers across the UK and are a well-known horticulture company.

About the Role
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end operations including the production, growth, and dispatch of the product. You will be maintaining operational strategies, managing budgets, and contributing to the overall business strategy. You will lead on developing and implementing significant projects within the business whilst leading by example and developing the team around you.

The Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will have a background in either horticulture or FMCG and be passionate about leading a team. You will have experience in LEAN principles, managing KPIs, and managing according to company values. You will be happy to learn a new product type and sit on a leadership team within this business.
