This is an excellent opportunity for an H&S Manager to be part of this extremely well-established company, responsible for the implementation/development of the policy/ culture across the site within the Spalding area.

About the Job

They are looking for an enthusiastic Health & Safety Manager to implement and promote a strong Health and Safety culture on site - this is a hands-on role so you will be expected to be actively writing SOP's / SSOW's, creating risk assessments, and all relevant documentation, etc. not just overseeing. Managing the main areas of the business - Production & Warehouse/Logistics

The Ideal Candidate

As Health & Safety Manager you will work closely with the Senior Management team which will require you to have superb communication. It is essential that you have a proven track record as a Health and Safety professional within a manufacturing environment and possess your NEBOSH and IOSH certification. Food or Fresh Produce would be advantageous, but not essential as long as you can articulate how you can transfer your skills.
