About Our Client
We are working with a fresh produce packer, that has fresh produce coming in from around the world, and they are looking for passionate intake QC to come and join the team.

About the Job
As Intake QC you will ensure that all product is checked on arrival and QC reports are sent to suppliers in a timely manner. You will liaise with production management and ensure that all procedures are being followed as required and all staff trained appropriately. Conduct internal audits and you will support the QA Manager where required.

The Ideal Candidate
This will suit a fresh produce QC \ QA with a proven experience working within a fresh produce environment ideally fruit. Ability to make decisions on fruit quality and you must be able to lift 15kg. Knowledge of HACCP and sampling practices
Excellent communication at all levels. Able to manage and work effectively within a busy team. Good IT skills. Full driving licence and car. Flexible working shifts
