A rare opportunity has arisen for a HR Business Partner to join a manufacturing business which is currently experiencing rapid periods of growth.

Our client is a well-known food manufacturer with a great brand and a number of sites throughout the UK.

About the Job

This is a true Business Partnering role where you will work very closely with the General Manager and the Head of HR in order to fulfil a strategic role. This is not a role where you will be snowed under with ER cases, this is a genuine opportunity to utilise all of your years of training and experience to properly support a business from a HR perspective.

Given the amount of investment into the site there could well be opportunities for a permanent role.

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a strong experienced HR professional with experience in a business partnering role within either a food or similar manufacturing environment.
