What you'll bring:

• Experience as a maintenance engineer, ideally within horticulture, food production, or a similar controlled-environment or manufacturing setting
• Strong mechanical and electrical fault-finding skills
• Comfortable working with heating, irrigation, or automated systems (training available if this is new to you)
• A proactive, reliable approach - happy working shifts where required
• Full UK driving licence
