The Opportunity

We're recruiting on behalf of a successful fresh produce business seeking a Multi-Skilled Engineer to join their engineering team.

Working a Sunday to Thursday shift pattern, you'll play a critical role in maintaining and improving site equipment, ensuring production targets are met and downtime is kept to a minimum.

Key Responsibilities

• Carrying out planned preventative maintenance
• Responding quickly to equipment breakdowns
• Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults
• Supporting machinery upgrades and installations
• Ensuring maintenance records are completed accurately
• Working collaboratively with production and operational teams
• Contributing to continuous improvement projects

What You'll Need

• Level 3 Engineering qualification or equivalent
• Experience within FMCG, manufacturing, food production, or similar sectors
• Mechanical and electrical fault-finding experience
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and prioritise workloads
• Positive and proactive approach to maintenance
