Market Gardener/Head Grower | South of England

Do you love growing and in-particular a wide variety of crops? We are working with a successful farming business that are looking for an outstanding and very experienced grower to join their team. The organisation is very progressive and are keen to develop and grow a huge range of fruit, vegetables and herbs both field grown and protected. They supply a range of local customers from farm shops to high-class restaurants.

We are looking for someone with their PA1 and PA6 certificates, who loves to grow. You will have experience growing a large range of different crops both outdoor and under glass &/or plastic, and above all else be a real passionate plants person who is committed to producing first-class products for very demanding but great customers.
