Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer
Salary - Circa £35K - £40K.
Flexible 5 out of 6 (Sunday's off) shift pattern (07:15am - 16:00)

They are a large, well respected, and successful fresh produce grower with hundreds of hectares land across Kent. They are a genuinely innovative and pioneering producer who reinvest every year back into its people and process.

About the Job

You will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day maintenance of all machinery and buildings, ensuring that all the facilities and equipment are in good condition and comply with the regulations. You will also work closely with the production team to develop improvements that ensure maximum output and efficiency.

The Ideal Candidate

You will possess problem-solving skills and can work under pressure. You will have the flexibility to work both independently and as part of a team. You will have multi-skilled engineering experience in a Food, Fresh Produce or manufacturing environment and an understanding of Health and Safety regulations. You should also possess recognised qualifications and be able to undertake mechanical and electrical maintenance for the machinery used by the business.
