We are looking for a Nursery Team Leader to join a well-established commercial nursery in Lancashire.

About our Client

Growing on over 25 acres of glasshouse and polytunnels, our client is an established producer of pot and pack bedding. They supply a range of independent and group garden centres and pride themselves on growing quality stock.

About The Role

Reporting to the Grower Manager, you will be supervising a team of nursery workers to ensure the plants are being grown to the highest quality. You will ensure the glasshouses are kept clean, tidy, and fit for purpose. You will work with the team around you to ensure the operation is running smoothly.

The Ideal Candidate

This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, as you will be working with a large team ensuring the day-to-day is run as smoothly as possible. You will understand the pressures of horticulture and be confident working in a busy environment.
