MorePeople are partnering with our client in seeking an experienced and proactive Office Administrator to support their busy and fast paced membership environment. This is a key role ensuring the smooth running of daily operations, with a broad range of responsibilities spanning office administration. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a office administration role and be comfortable working in a demanding and constantly evolving setting.

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage office operations - oversee day-to-day administrative tasks, maintain supplies, and ensure smooth workflow.
  • Coordinate communication - liaise with members, staff, and external contacts.
  • Schedule and organise - arrange meetings, appointments, and member events.
  • Maintain records and documentation - handle filing systems, data entry, and report preparation.
  • Support staff and management - assist with onboarding, payroll, and other operational tasks.

Required

  • Excellent organisational skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Proven experience in a similar role within the manufacturing sector.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast moving, high pressure environment.
