Office Administrator
Our client is looking for an Office Administrator to support the smooth day to day running of their operations. This is a varied, hands on role with a strong focus on staff coordination, including managing rotas, ensuring hours are recorded accurately, and making adjustments where required.
The role will also involve overseeing onboarding and offboarding processes within a seasonal workforce, issuing contracts, and supporting around 20-30 new starters each year. In addition, the position includes payroll responsibilities, and the client is keen to find someone who is confident in managing payroll in house.
This is a fully onsite position with flexible working hours, and both part-time and full-time applicants will be considered.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain staff rotas, ensuring hours are accurately recorded and amended where necessary
- Take full ownership of payroll processes (Sage)
- Handle employee administration, including onboarding and offboarding processes
- Issue contracts and maintain accurate employee records
- Support seasonal staffing requirements and workforce planning
- Provide general administrative support to the wider management team
Required
- Previous experience in an administrative or office based role
- Experience with payroll using Sage
- Experience managing staff rotas
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to manage a varied workload and prioritise effectively
- Confident using systems and administrative software
- Strong communication skills and a professional approach when dealing with staff

Working Hours
Full-time or part-time hours are available, with flexibility in working hours
