PA/Team Administrator - Fixed Term Contract

About Our Client

You will be joining a well-established company that work to create and maintain a business that strives to provide the very best and professional service across the property industry. Our client has offices nationwide and are looking for someone to work in their Salisbury based office.

About The Role

Out client is looking for someone to proactively support the Rural Department on a fixed term contract. In this role, you will be responsible for all correspondence via all channels; face to face, phone, email and post on behalf of the team. You'll be producing documents like invoices, reports and any other signature required items. You will also be assisting in the client onboarding process ensuring all regulatory requirements are met. The role will also involve many other general administrative duties to ensure the office and team are fully supported.

The Ideal Candidate

You will need to have previous experience within a busy PA/Admin role as our client is looking for someone who is enthusiastic, professional and can hold the ability to build and maintain professional relationships with existing and potential clients. Someone who is organised with a keen eye for accuracy and detail is essential. Excellent IT knowledge is essential as you will be updating and recording information in the company database.
