Spanning two sites, this business specialises in both growing and packing its own fruit. They are at the forefront of technology and utilising AI and robotics. It's an exciting place to be as they continue to grow the business. They supply the major retailers with a variety of soft fruits and programs.

About The Job

You will be responsible for:

• The daily operations of the packhouse, overseeing line leaders and packers to ensure that the packing of produce runs as smoothly as possible.

• A willingness to work overtime when required in the busier seasons is a must, although this will be balanced out by quieter days in off-peak times.

The Ideal Candidate

• Is enthusiastic about the work and has proven leadership experience.

• Motivated, people-oriented and a team player, you are team-focused and will possess an entrepreneurial element which will suit working in a family-owned business.

• You will be able to build relationships with a variety of stakeholders and bring people with you when delivering changes and improves to the operation.

• You will have a track record of delivering efficiencies and cost savings in the fresh produce sector, whilst delivering class leading service levels.

On-site accommodation is provided for those open to relocation.
