Pesticide Compliance Coordinator | Kent
£28k - £30k depending on experience

Know your pesticides? Not bamboozled by a pesticide label? Are you able to explain how a pesticide breaks down and produces a residue test result? If so, you probably have the knowledge required to join a leading grower packer of fresh produce for the retailer sector, who are looking to recruit a Pesticide Compliance Coordinator to assist with product safety, quality and legality.

You will be required to create and maintain the due diligence for your category in fresh produce, complete customer approval documents and update them whenever necessary and take ownership of the pesticide compliance function.

You will take responsibility for approved supplier lists, grower confirmation form logs and global gap bookmarking.

You will need to liaise with suppliers to gather DD information, so experience in GG, TN11, PPPL, APS, SEDEX, META, COP will be beneficial.

Required skills - Essential:
Interest/knowledge of chemistry/pesticides
Experience of fresh produce in a technical role.
Attention to detail
IT skills, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
High level of English

Required skills - Preferable:
University educated
Experience of supplier focused / compliance roles previously
