About Our Client

You will be joining a long-standing business that work to create and maintain a business that strive to provide the very best and professional service across the property sector. With offices nationwide, you'll be a part of the Inverness office.

About the Role

You'll be supporting the Land Management department by providing administrative support through various duties like assisting with the administration for client owned farm and estate businesses, issuing statutory documents for signature, managing supplier invoices and accounts, recording tenancy data in online database and managing contractor compliance administration.

Other daily tasks will involve acting as "know your client"/anti-money laundering administrator, carrying out due diligence, screening and processing and onboarding.

You will also be required to look after any other ad-hoc duties such as diary management, any correspondence, copy/audio typing and any other necessary tasks.

The Ideal Candidate

Our client is looking for an enthusiastic, positive and pro-active individual that can work in a team setting as well as independently. As you'll mainly be the first point of contact, strong communication skills are a must. You'll need to be familiar with HMRC AML (Anti Money Laundering) requirements and experience in AML administrative post. Attention to detail is key as well as the ability to prioritise workloads. It's essential you possess strong typing skills & knowledge of MS Office software.
