They are passionate about their staff and like to reward talent by promoting career progression. Now seeking a Production Line Leader to join their expanding purpose-built site.

About the Role

You will support the Operations Manager by leading and motivating the production team to deliver a smooth and efficient level of output in support of the business's commercial requirements. You will be leading all activities associated with safety, quality and legality of the products while ensuring an efficient operation is delivered on a day-to-day basis. As the Production Line Leader, you will be tasked with coaching, mentoring and leading a team to ensure products are processed and packed to the customers' requirements.

The Ideal Candidate

Ideally you would have at least 1 years' experience in a similar role within a food production or have worked in a fast-paced FMCG environment. You will be able to meet deadlines, whilst maintaining a positive attitude and good communication skills within your team. The ideal candidate will have had previous experience in setting up a production line for operation, including setting up labellers and flow fillers.
