About the Role

We are looking for a Purchase Ledger Assistant to join the Finance team. You will be responsible for assisting with the processing of invoices, supplier payment runs, statements and record keeping. You will be expected to ensure that the supplier database is maintained. You will work closely with the Management Accountant on tasks and projects. This is an exciting position within a busy, fast paced company.

The Ideal Candidate

To be considered for this role you will need to have a strong Purchase Ledger background and a key understanding of Finance. Experience in Fresh Produce is desired but not essential, if you have worked with a PO based system. You will need a keen eye for detail and be able to communicate well with suppliers and colleagues. You will need to be confident and hard working with an attitude to help improve and grow the business.
