About Our Client
We are working with a fresh produce packer that packs a variety of fruit for local businesses. They are looking for a passionate Quality Assurance Supervisor to come and join the team.

About the Job
As Quality Assurance Supervisor you will work closely with the QA Manager to ensure that all product is packed as per customer specifications. You will manage a team of QA's and ensure that there is cover at all times. Conduct internal audits and you will support the QA Manager and deputise as and when required.

The Ideal Candidate
This will suit a fresh produce QC \ QA with a proven experience of managing a team and working within a fresh produce environment ideally fruit. Ability to make decisions on fruit quality. Knowledge of HACCP and sampling practices
Excellent communication at all levels. Able to manage and work effectively within a busy team. Good IT skills. Full driving licence and car. Flexible working shifts on a rota
